Deliveries & Returns

All orders ship from Spain. No added tariffs or taxes within the EU.

Free shipping within Spain. For other countries, shipping is free on orders over €300.

Exchanges

Free exchanges within Spain.

All products can be exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date (except for special promotions with specific policies).

Items must be in the same condition as delivered, with their original packaging and tags. Items can only be tried on; if they are worn or damaged, they cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges are handled via email at hola@thepolonio.com or at our Polonio stores:

Returns

We offer returns on all unworn merchandise within Spain.

Please email us at hola@thepolonio.com to request a prepaid return label. A return shipping fee of €7 will be deducted from your refund.

If you're not 100% satisfied, let us know, and we will find a solution.

*All returns and exchanges for orders placed outside of Spain must be shipped at the customer's expense.
